Aerospace Import & Export Coordinator
to join our clients team in Feltham. Youll be responsible for managing international freight movements from booking through to final delivery, covering
air, road, import and export shipments . Ideally, youll have
2+ years aerospace experience , with a strong background in freight forwarding operations.Location:

MondayFriday, between 9:00am5:30pm (flexibility available for earlier starts/later finishes)Key responsibilities include:Managing shipments and coordinating collections, carriers and deliveries.Liaising with customers, airlines, hauliers and overseas partners.Providing regular shipment updates and resolving delays or operational issues.Preparing competitive
Air & Road freight quotations , obtaining rates and applying agreed margins.Completing and checking freight, customs and export documentation.Tracking shipments and ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements and agreed service levels.Supporting invoicing, cost accruals and shipment profitability.Identifying ways to improve processes, service and overall efficiency.About You2+ years experience in aerospace freight
preferred.Previous experience in freight forwarding operations.Experience handling
import and export shipments .Experience producing freight quotes and sourcing supplier/carrier rates.Strong customer service and communication skills.Good attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance.A commercially aware and proactive approach.This is a great opportunity to join a busy aerospace operation with a competitive salary of £36k£40k depending on experience.
