The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager for our Snowdrop House in Huddersfield. You will lead a small, safe, and nurturing home for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs, ensuring top-quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will manage staff, champion safeguarding, and drive continuous improvements, with relocation assistance available and a competitive salary of up to £55,000 plus a bonus up to £8,500.
