Impactful Leader: Transitions to Adulthood Team

Hillingdon Council’s Transition to Adulthood Service is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide a team of Personal Advisers and deliver high-quality pathway planning, safeguarding and transition support for care-experienced young people aged 16-25.

You will lead practice excellence, drive workforce development, share learning across agencies, and oversee outcomes in education, employment, housing and wellbeing, with flexible/hybrid working and generous leave.
