As a Technical Business Analyst at Deloitte, you bridge business needs and technical delivery for AI & Data driven solutions. You collaborate with clients, architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into actionable designs that align with goals and constraints. Responsibilities

• Develop data & AI strategy with stakeholders to drive value and governance
• Elicit, analyze and document business, functional and technical requirements; translate into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, secure solutions; assess feasibility and risks
• Produce and maintain high-quality specifications, data models, process flows and interfaces
• Serve as liaison between business and technical stakeholders, managing expectations
• Analyze data structures, mappings and system interactions to support integrations, reporting and design
• Define and support test scenarios, UAT and defect resolution
• Investigate issues with delivery teams to determine root causes and sustainable fixes

Key requirements

• Proven experience as Technical Business Analyst or similar
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills
• Awareness of modern data analytics and AI technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to system integrations, data flows and enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, modelling tools (UML/BPMN) and SQL desirably
