People Partner – 12-Month FTC Maternity Cover (London)

Zinc in London is seeking a People Partner for a 12-month maternity cover. You’ll be the first point of contact for People queries, owning KPIs, engagement, performance reviews and ER casework. The role reports to the VP of People and requires a calm, coaching mindset with strong stakeholder management.

The position involves leading onboarding strategy, driving People analytics, and exploring AI/automation to streamline admin, while collaborating with senior leaders on People initiatives.
