We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider, working within a state-of-the-art commercial office building local to Tottenham Court Road.

The Role
You will be part of the on-site maintenance team, carrying out mechanical maintenance across the building and ensuring all plant and equipment remains operational and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdownsMechanical maintenance across HVAC, pumps, valves and associated building servicesIdentifying and resolving faults across mechanical systemsEnsuring all works are completed safely and to a high standardSupporting the wider engineering team when requiredAbout You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a mechanical maintenance/FM environmentStrong mechanical building services knowledgeRelevant mechanical engineering qualificationsExperience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenanceA proactive approach to fault finding and maintenanceGood communication and customer service skillsWhat’s On Offer?
