UK HR Leader – People, Compliance & Growth

Oleon, a global oleochemicals company, is seeking an HR Manager UK to lead all HR activities across the UK. This broad, hands-on role supports management and employees in a fast-paced environment, with travel between UK sites required and the role based fully in the office.

You will be the main HR point of contact, ensure UK employment law compliance, partner on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning, and translate Group HR policies into local actions.
