Nurse Practitioner – General Practice (Grimsby)

SLC Medical Group are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our established clinical teams working across our 3 sites in Grimsby. You will diagnose and treat patients presenting with minor illness, provide care and support in a General Practice setting, and triage patient needs for referrals as required.

The post holder will be a registered Nurse with a diploma in Minor Illness and experience across age ranges. Experience in triaging within a General Practice would be advantageous.
