Senior D&O/FI Broker – US

Overview

In this senior, production-led role you will focus on building and managing a US-centric FI and D&O book while leveraging international markets when needed. You will work with US underwriters and cross-border partners to structure and place complex programs. The position sits within a global brokerage ecosystem, requiring strong client origination, market engagement, and strategic advisory. You will shape the FI/D&O practice and mentor junior teams, delivering cross-border solutions for US-led clients.

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow a portfolio of US-based FI and D&O clients
• Drive new business, retain, and expand existing relationships
• Lead placement of complex D&O, FI, and management liability programs
• Place programs primarily in the US with international market engagement as needed
• Maintain relationships with key US underwriters and decision-makers
• Support US-led clients with international exposures and coordinate with overseas brokers
• Leverage non-US relationships to enhance flexibility and outcomes
• Advise on regulatory, litigation, and claims trends affecting FI and D&O risks
• Contribute to claims advocacy and coverage discussions, as required
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the FI/D&O practice
• Mentor junior brokers and collaborate across internal and international teams
