Contract Manager, Planned Works – Housing & Property

Hillingdon Council is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Contract Manager to lead planned works programmes across housing, corporate and commercial property. You will oversee contracts from procurement through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to budget.

Working with contractors and internal teams, you will drive performance, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deliver excellent service to residents and leaseholders.
