Finance Manager – NHS Payroll & Cash Lead

NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care is seeking a senior finance professional to support the Head of Finance in delivering an efficient financial accounting function. The role covers payroll, accounts payable, cash management, and reporting in line with NHS England requirements.
