Class 1 HGV / LGV (C+E) Trunking Driver

Hours: 40 and 48 hours per week. Pay: £18.22 per hour.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday: 48 hours per week (Start time between 4pm and 6pm)
• Tuesday to Saturday: 48 hours per week (Start time between 4pm and 6pm)
• Sunday to Monday & Friday to Saturday: 40 hours per week (Start time between 4pm and 6pm)

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery drops to shops
• Unload palletised goods from the vehicle using a powered pallet truck and tail lift
• Collect waste and other items from the shop to return to the depot
• Conduct daily vehicle checks
• Maintain a safe and efficient approach to driving

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
• Digital tachograph and CPC card
• No greater than 6 points on your licence with no dangerous driving or drink‑related endorsements
• A friendly, positive and hard‑working approach to work
