CapeClarke is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate to join its Guildford-based Corporate team in Surrey. The role offers exposure to high-value M&A, corporate, venture capital and investment transactions with strong partner support and clear progression paths.

The ideal candidate will be a 6+ PQE SRA-qualified solicitor with a solid background in private practice corporate law, superb drafting and negotiation skills, and experience mentoring junior colleagues and driving business development.
