Global Senior Legal Counsel – Hybrid, Commercial Negotiations

Clinigen is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its global Legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel & Company Secretary. This hybrid role can be based in Weybridge or Burton upon Trent, with responsibility for supporting EU, US & ROW Business Unit.

You’ll lead commercial negotiations, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across multiple jurisdictions while partnering closely with senior leaders to drive business growth.
