Overview

In this role you will join a well-established regional law firm in Bournemouth as a Corporate Solicitor, handling high-quality, complex transactions from day one. You will work within the Corporate team, advising on M&A, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder agreements while managing your own caseload. You’ll build strong client relationships and contribute to business development and the firm’s profile on the South Coast and beyond. Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
• Managing own caseload and supporting senior team members on larger transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering commercially focused legal advice
• Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
• Enhancing the firm’s profile across the South Coast and beyond

Key requirements

• 4-6 years’ PQE in corporate law
• A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• Proven business development experience
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• An existing network of referrers or the ability to bring clients (highly desirable)
