You will work on property transactions, finance matters, landlord and tenant work, and pension-related deals, with opportunities to deepen expertise. Responsibilities

• Property transactions: purchase and sale of commercial properties for developers and investors
• Finance matters: secured lending and property-backed finance arrangements
• Landlord & Tenant: drafting, negotiating and managing leases, renewals and assignments
• Pension trusts: transactions involving SIPPs and SASS pension schemes
• Team support & growth: contribute to client care, collaboration and business development

Key requirements

• Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE
• Experience in commercial property, ideally development or investment
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Confident in taking on responsibility and managing a busy caseload
