PDP Phase Coach — Elite Player Development

Bristol City FC’s Men’s Academy at Robins High Performance Centre invites applications for a PDP Coach role within the Professional Development Phase (U18 & U21). Reporting to the Lead PDP Coach, you will help deliver a clear pathway for academy players to the first team.

You will plan sessions, lead prep and deliver IDPs, support MDTs, and ensure EPPP compliance while safeguarding player wellbeing. UEFA A Licence is essential.
