Overview

In this role you will shape high-visibility, creative displays that elevate sales and customer experience. You work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager to balance artistic vision with commercial needs, managing seasonal budgets and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality windows and in-store displays. You’ll mentor teams, share inspiration, and drive timely, collaborative display projects that reflect brand storytelling across stores.

Responsibilities

• Translate company direction into artistic floor sets that boost sales and ambiance
• Use seasonal concepts to craft distinctive, culturally informed displays
• Maintain craftsmanship across windows and in-store setups
• Seek external inspiration and contribute unique perspectives to the display concept
• Mentor and train retail teams on visual standards, tools, and materials
• Develop team members for display projects in partnership with VMM and store management
• Participate in daily meetings and store walkthroughs to align with performance and share ideas
• Collaborate with VMM and Store Manager for innovative, timely project execution
• Ensure efficient use of display materials, safety, and organized display rooms
• Support sales by highlighting product appearance and aligning with customer lifestyle
• Track and report display budgets and expenses accurately
• Protect inventory and manage materials for displays and stock loss goals
• Prioritize projects to ensure a seamless customer experience

Key requirements

• Strong artistic background (fine arts, design, or architectural)
• Ability to translate ideas into working display solutions
• Proficient craftsmanship in 3D work, painting, carpentry, and paper hanging
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Experience with using power tools is an advantage
• Portfolio submission preferred if applicable
