In this role you lead end-to-end international qualitative engagements, shaping study design, fieldwork oversight, analytics, and insight development. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end international qualitative research programs, including proposal design, fieldwork oversight, advanced analytics, and insights delivery
  • Partner with business development to drive growth and oversee project teams
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure rigour, compliance, and exceptional client service across global healthcare markets
  • Translate complex data into compelling insights and facilitate workshop design and client-facing discussions
  • Demonstrate financial acumen and manage project revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with Oracle Life Sciences divisions and specialists to deliver integrated research solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and support country leadership and strategic goals

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Data Science, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on international qualitative primary market research design and execution
  • Strong understanding of life science challenges, especially asset commercialization
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, assertiveness, and self-sufficiency
  • Fluent in English (C2); additional languages are a strong asset
