In this role you will shape the direction of Scientific Analytics within Oracle Health, building and leading a global team to deliver innovative research and analytical solutions for life sciences and healthcare customers. You will align analytics capabilities with business objectives, drive scientific rigor and scalable methods, and position the function as a strategic differentiator. You will work across cross-functional teams to translate real-world data into evidence that informs decision-making and patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operating model for Scientific Analytics across Research Services
• Lead a newly integrated analytics organisation to drive innovation, scalability, operational excellence, and scientific rigor
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align analytics with business goals and customer needs
• Establish Scientific Analytics as a strategic differentiator within Oracle Health’s Life Sciences business
• Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development across the team
• Guide analytic design and data analysis for complex research studies supporting evidence generation
• Ensure methodologies are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices
• Drive innovation in healthcare data, statistical methods, and emerging analytics technologies
• Lead and develop a global organisation of 40+ analytics professionals across regions
• Mentor managers, build capability, and create an environment to attract and retain top talent
• Partner with HEOR, Clinical Regulatory & Safety, Commercial, Product, Technology, and AI
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address evolving needs
• Represent the organisation at industry forums, conferences, and customer engagements
• Advise senior stakeholders on analytics strategy and scientific best practices
• Ensure analytical activities comply with regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards
• Establish best practices for quality, transparency, reproducibility, and governance
• Drive consistency in methodologies, processes, and standards across the analytics organisation

Key requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD, MSc, MPH, or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline
• Significant experience leading scientific analytics, biostatistics, evidence generation, data science, or healthcare analytics organisations
• Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams
• Deep expertise in Real-World Data (RWD), Electronic Health Record (EHR) Research, Biostatistics, Clinical Trial Analytics, Healthcare Claims Analytics
• Strong understanding of research design, statistical methodologies, evidence generation, and healthcare data analytics
• Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets (EHRs, claims, registries)
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution in a matrixed environment
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
