Marshall Group in Cambridge is seeking a Trainee Air Traffic Services Assistant to join a small, highly motivated team at Cambridge City Airport. The role supports ATCOs to ensure safe and orderly aircraft movements and compliance with safety processes.

Training is provided under the ATSA program, with exposure to meteorology observations and aeronautical information for controllers and pilots, aiming to progress to unsupervised duties and meteorological qualifications.
