Adolescent Social Worker — Relational, Trauma‑Informed Practice

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a committed Social Worker to join the Adolescent Social Work Pod within the Multi-Agency Adolescent Service. The role involves statutory work with teenagers facing complex challenges, emphasising relational, anti-racist and LGBTQ+ inclusive practice to champion young people’s voices.

You will manage a caseload, collaborate with families and partners, and contribute to safeguarding and positive outcomes through trauma-informed approaches.
