Overview
In this role, you will drive Kraft Heinz’s online presence for Tesco Online and Iceland Online, shaping category and channel strategies. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities using market data and implement online activations and NPD launches. You’ll manage the online promotional plan and budget while building strong relationships with retailer contacts to enable trade campaigns. You’ll regularly share insights with stakeholders and help scale best practices across the eCommerce team. This is an opportunity to influence online growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Own Tesco Online and Iceland Online strategies across all categories
- Analyze category and shopper data (Unify, Dunnhumby/Kantar, Profitero) to identify online growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Tesco & Iceland sales, brand, and commercial teams to implement solutions
- Manage a full-year online activation budget and plan, including NPD launches
- Oversee the online promotional plan for effectiveness
- Build external relationships with Tesco & Iceland to drive campaigns and launches
- Provide regular data performance overviews to stakeholders and share learnings across teams
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in Sales, Commercial, and/or Category Management
