Overview
In this role you will lead cost management for UK Infrastructure projects, partnering with clients and Turner & Townsend teams to monitor, forecast and control project costs. You will manage contracts, enable efficient change processes and support value engineering to keep projects within budget. You’ll collaborate across client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and programme outcomes, shaping commercial strategy and final accounts. Responsibilities
- Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams
- Administer contracts per project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion
- Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications
- Collaborate to manage deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
- Manage contract changes to stay within governance and adopt best practice
- Improve forecast and budget accuracy
- Provide commercial knowledge to stakeholders
- Negotiate final accounts
- Commission management as needed
