Halfords is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join our Legal & Governance team in Redditch. You will provide high-quality legal and administrative support across employment law matters, including litigation exposure, employee relations, and policy development.

You will work alongside experienced lawyers to assess risk, prepare merits assessments, and ensure compliance with employment legislation while developing your career in a commercially focused in-house function.
