Global Total Rewards Leader (US & EMEA)

Croud is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits (US & EMEA) to lead global reward strategy, payroll governance and multi-market benefits. You will shape a globally aligned framework, partner with Finance and Legal, and drive equitable, compliant compensation across North America, UK and Europe.

You will oversee salary structures, equity, incentives and benefits programs while managing provider relationships and payroll processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
