Front Desk Ambassador – Guest Experience

Motel One Group in London is seeking an experienced Front Office Agent for a 196-room hotel undergoing refurbishment and rebranding. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, handle bookings, and contribute to a smooth front desk operation.

A hospitable mindset, clear English communication, and teamwork are essential. Opera Cloud knowledge is a plus, and you should be flexible for shifts including occasional night work. Must have right to work in the UK for full-time hours.
