About the Role
Paragon Home Healthcare is looking forfemale Complex Homecare Nursesto support a young woman in her home environment.
She lives with complex long-term conditions including chronic pancreatitis, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos features, chronic pain and neurodivergent needs. Nurses will play a key role in delivering structured, person-centred care and supporting her independence.
Youll provide holistic nursing care including:
Complex medication management (subcutaneous and jejunal routes)
Bowel care and pain management
Respiratory support and safe mobility
Calm, consistent communication and routine-based care
Supporting daily living tasks such as light household duties andfeeding her cats
You will have HCA support during the day (08:0020:00)to assist with mobility, supervision, and household tasks, ensuring you can focus on clinical care.
