Leading the commercial input into bids and proposals to develop a suitable risk and reward balanceLeading contract negotiations with customers and key partnersProviding a contract management service, ensuring performance aligns with contractual requirementsIdentifying and reporting key obligations, liabilities and risks to the businessApplying company policies and procedures throughout the bid, negotiation and contract lifecycleMaintaining contractual records, correspondence and key decision documentationAs a Commercial Manager, your experience will include:
