Lead Data Analyst

Lead Data Analyst – Hybrid – London – Up to £80,000

We’re partnered with a global consultancy delivering large-scale data, analytics and digital transformation programmes across both public and private sector organisations.

The Role

• Leading analytics workstreams within enterprise data and transformation programmes.
• Managing teams of Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Defining best practices for analytics delivery, governance, documentation and quality standards.
• Partnering with senior business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and maximise adoption.
• Supporting the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators and analytics assets.
• Contributing to bids, proposals, solution shaping and pre-sales activities.
• Championing modern approaches across cloud, analytics, AI and data-driven decision making.

Key Skills and Experience

• Experience delivering cloud data platform, reporting, BI, or analytics transformation projects.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience utilising Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, analytics engineering, and data governance principles.
• Experience mentoring and leading high-performing analytics teams.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
