Resident Services & Housing Support Assistant

YMCA St Paul’s Group in London is seeking a Housing and Support Advisor to welcome residents and visitors and to deliver high-quality service. You will be the first point of contact, providing information and holistic advice while representing the charity with warmth and professionalism.

The role includes reception duties, first aid, fire marshal responsibilities, health and safety, and liaising with residents’ support networks to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
