Fostering Social Work Supervisor – Lead & Support Carers

National Fostering Group’s Family Placement team is hiring a Supervising Social Worker to supervise foster carers and support vulnerable children across Swindon and surrounding areas. You will visit homes, assess needs, and work closely with clinical teams to provide trauma-informed care and enable positive outcomes.

The role requires a BA or MA in social work, registration, and a full driving licence; salary £36,000–£46,000 with a £3,000 car allowance and regionally based work.
