A well-regarded City law firm based close to Liverpool Street is seeking a Legal PA to support a small group of approachable and high-performing corporate lawyers. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to really get involved and make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing proactive PA support to a small team of lawyers
- Diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and travel
- Assisting with document production, billing, and expenses
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Getting involved in team projects and ad hoc tasks
What they’re looking for:
- Previous Legal PA experience, ideally within corporate or a similar area
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach
- A team player who enjoys supporting others
