Wine Order Coordinator – 3-4 Month Temp (Central London)

Historic wine merchant is seeking a Customer Order Coordinator in Central London, working 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, for a 3-4 month temporary period. Office-based role supporting the Sales Team with order processing, call-offs, and customer service.

You will release website orders, update price lists, handle complaints, and align with warehouse cut-off times, using AX and MS Office tools. A proactive, accurate, and confidential approach is essential.
