Starbucks Ipswich – West End Road Drive Th is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support store operations, mentor baristas, and uphold Starbucks standards. You’ll lead by example on busy shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming cafe environment.

The role covers opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, safety and compliance, and coaching teammates. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
