0-19 HCP Administrator — Support Clinicians & Scheduling

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is seeking an administrator to support the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme across Cambridge and Huntingdon bases. The role involves coordinating with Health Visitors, School Nurses and other clinicians, and using SystmOne where possible.
