I’m currently partnered with a leading FMCG business that is looking to add an IMEX & Packaging Executive to its Supply Chain team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across Import/Export, customs or supply chain administration to join a well-established business with a portfolio of recognised household brands and a strong presence across the UK retail market. You’ll work closely with the wider Supply Chain team, warehouses, transport providers and European partners, taking ownership of the day-to-day import and export processes.
The role will involve:
• Managing import and export documentation across the UK and Europe
• Coordinating with warehouses, transport and supply teams to keep shipments moving
• Managing customs clearance and resolving any issues quickly
• Tracking shipments and communicating potential supply issues
• Supporting product samples and NPD activity
• Maintaining accurate packaging data across the product portfolio and producing regular packaging reports
What they’re looking for:
• Previous experience in Import/Export, Customs, Supply Chain or a similar environment
• Good understanding of import/export documentation and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Someone comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• FMCG experience would be a strong advantage
