My client is an ambitious organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of commercial, procurement and contract matters.

About You
✔ The ideal candidate would be a UK qualified lawyer with circa 4+ years’ PQE
✔ Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience
✔ Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to risk
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, engineering, technology or other regulated sectors would be advantageous.
