Legal Associate (M&A & Venture Capital)

We are seeking a Legal Associate to support our legal team, with a primary focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital transactions, alongside general corporate legal matters. 6 month contract initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents for M&A and VC investments.
• Supporting due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Advising on corporate governance and corporate structuring matters.
• Assisting with commercial contracts and other general corporate legal work.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.

Preferred Experience:

• Qualified lawyer with 2-6 PQE.
• Strong experience in private M&A, venture capital, private equity, or corporate transactions.
• Experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Immediate start.
