As a Solution Architect in the FH&B domain, you will define and guide end-to-end architectures for international B2C/B2B platforms, shaping how digital commerce connects with partners and legacy systems. You’ll drive reusable patterns, architecture governance, and delivery-aligned designs to enable scalable, secure, and resilient growth. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and external partners to balance business value with practical delivery and modernization. Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures for international B2C/B2B systems, including technology, data, integration, security, resilience, and operations
• Design secure, scalable integration architectures across cloud-native, on-premises, partner and legacy systems using APIs, event-driven, synchronous, file transfer, and messaging patterns
• Evaluate integration options via Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) balancing risk, cost, business value, and maintainability
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and reusable reference patterns to accelerate delivery
• Provide architecture assurance through delivery lifecycle via design reviews, governance, prototype validation, and operational feedback
• Collaborate with product teams, platforms, engineering, and partners to align dependencies and risk
• Assess emerging technologies and modernization opportunities to improve resilience, pace, and customer outcomes

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior technology leader for enterprise-scale integration
• Experience designing B2C and/or B2B solutions (direct-to-consumer commerce, franchise, wholesale, partner, or marketplace integrations)
• Experience producing HLDs, ADRs, and architecture patterns for consistent engineering use
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, data movement, security, resilience, and operational architecture (APIs, event streaming, messaging, file-based integration)
• Experience designing for non-functional requirements: scalability, resilience, latency, observability, retry, failure handling, operational supportability
• Commercial awareness to assess suppliers and balance technical, financial, and delivery trade-offs
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, engineers, product teams and partners
