Registered Service Manager: Adult Care Leader

Voyage Care seeks an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a Leyland residential service with a stable staff team and diverse support needs. You will drive quality, embed best practice and oversee day-to-day operations, occupancy, budgets and performance.

You will lead, develop and motivate staff, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with CQC and regulatory standards. DBS checks and references will be required.
