Empowering Learning Group is seeking enthusiastic Cover Support staff to join our network of secondary schools in Sunderland. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, support classroom management, and ensure lessons run smoothly when teachers are absent.

The role suits experienced Cover Support or those with classroom leadership experience. You should be reliable, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students, with Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to obtain one.
