Apollo Associates is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious and motivated people to join our team as Graduate Management Trainees. We work with recognised brands to deliver customer engagement and business development solutions, and you’ll receive full training and support as you develop within the role.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer engagement, business development and leadership. You’ll work closely with an experienced team, build strong communication and relationship-building skills, and take on more responsibility as you progress.
The role will involve:
• Representing recognised brands and their campaigns
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Supporting customer engagement and business development activities
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve shared goals
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
• Developing your communication, leadership and business skills
We’re not looking for a long list of experience. We’re looking for people who are positive, motivated and willing to learn. A degree is preferred but not essential, and previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or other people-focused roles is useful but not required.
You’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and the opportunity to develop professionally while gaining valuable experience in a fast-moving business environment. As you progress, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and develop towards leadership and management.
