Events Planning Lead — End-to-End Delivery & Upsell

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Head of Event Planning at Hilton London Bankside. You will own the client event journey from planning to delivery, leading a small team and collaborating with GCE Sales and hotel operations to create exceptional experiences.

You will drive revenue through upselling across F&B, AV, room upgrades and services, while building lasting client relationships and ensuring seamless event execution.
