Grace College in Gateshead is seeking a Head of Department (Performing Arts) to inspire students with expert subject knowledge, energy and dedication. You will lead the department, shape a lively music and drama curriculum and expand a high-impact co-curricular programme.

Working with the Director of Arts and Events, you will drive teaching quality, deploy data to improve outcomes, and build partnerships with local arts organisations to broaden students’ cultural experience.
