Deputy Head of Creative Media & Performing Arts

EKC Group is seeking a Deputy Head of Media, Music and Performing Arts to lead and shape the department. You will partner with the Head of Department to drive curriculum development, ensure innovative, industry-relevant programmes, and deliver strategic priorities for student success.

You will own the Quality Improvement Plan, monitor KPIs, and implement actions that raise attainment, attendance and satisfaction.
