About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to join a growing Fund Solutions team in Jersey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with fund administration experience who enjoys client interaction, governance activities, investor communications, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of fund structures while delivering a high standard of service to clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and investors, ensuring all queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate governance activities, including the preparation of board packs, agendas, minutes, and meeting materials.
- Support payment processing and cash management activities in line with internal controls.
- Manage investor communications and the distribution of fund reporting within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain operational records, databases, and administration logs.
- Lead client billing and invoicing processes, including managing follow-ups and resolving queries.
- Assist with external audit processes and coordinate the timely provision of information and supporting documentation.
- Support system enhancements, process improvements, and operational change initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality across fund administration activities.
About You
You will be an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in fund administration, corporate administration, or a similar financial services environment.
Skills & Experience:
Experience within fund administration, corporate services, or financial services
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related business systems
A proactive, solutions-focused, and client-centric approach
- CGI/ICSA qualification (or currently studying towards one)
- Experience preparing board packs and supporting governance meetings
- Exposure to billing, invoicing, or payment workflows
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory requirements
- Involvement in process improvement or system implementation projects
