Overview
In this role you will create and maintain high-quality commercial legal content and current awareness for the Lexis+ platform. You will translate complex commercial law into practical guidance and engage with customers to ensure content meets practitioner needs. You’ll monitor developments and collaborate with internal teams to keep coverage relevant and accurate. Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, developing, and maintaining market-leading Commercial practical guidance content
- Monitor developments relevant to customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with Lexis+ Hub to deliver top-quality current awareness with tailored news and analysis
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and stay updated on practice developments
- Assist with customer queries via LexisAsk on relevant coverage areas
- Collaborate with other Lexis+ practice areas and the wider business as needed
Key requirements
- Lawyer qualified in England and Wales (solicitor or barrister) with broad commercial law experience
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge of relevant laws, processes, and procedures
- Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely in Lexis+ tone and house style
- Deep understanding of the legal market and in-house practitioner needs
- Experience drafting substantive and procedural updates and know-how
- Strong research, organization, and planning skills; able to meet deliverables
- Collaborative, proactive, and capable of continual development within expertise
