Knowledge & Skills
- Proven commercial experience record
- Strong background in software development (C++, C#, JS) or mathematics, either by training or experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing tests that reflect proofs of correctness or functions and algorithms
- Knowledge in data structures
- Knowledge of the whole application development cycle
- Strong knowledge of software development management and production tools (Jira, Mantis, Jenkins, CVS, GIT)
- Demonstrable expertise with automatic unit testing and automatic UI testing
- Coach and mentor more junior members and spread knowledge within the team
- Demonstrate leadership, team and project management skills
