Temporary Staffing Coordinator & Scheduling Lead

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrator to provide comprehensive support for the Temporary Staffing Service. You will assist with deployment, management and payment for bank and agency staff, acting as the primary contact for agencies, staff and line managers.

You will proactively help fill shifts with bank workers to reduce agency usage and cover out-of-hours periods and weekends where needed.
